2 Why Do I Travel? About Ms. Nispel I am the Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Douglass High School. I am married and have 3 children (Ben – 25, Logan – 23 and Bayley – 18) I have taught cooking classes for 15 years. I love cooking I have also wanted to go on a culinary tour.
