3  Top 5 Enrollment Areas:  Math  ESL  Wellness & Health  Biology  Fire Protection  Retention Rate: 85%  Success Rate: 68% (above statewide average)  Unduplicated Headcount: 13,000 students (workload reduction numbers)  Gender: 57% Female and 43% male  Diversity:  44% of students are age 30 or over  75% of students are non-White

5  Our partnership with local 4 year universities provides students a seamless journey to a bachelor’s degree  SB 1440 passage:  SB 1440 passage: guarantees degrees that articulate to local CSUs as “junior” status  Mission College Top Three UC Transfer Institutions:  UC Davis  UC Berkeley  UCSC UC Davis Bound 2009 Graduates: Rawan Kaddoura and Sarah Lum
