4 Federal Hands down in fists, like they are holding hands representing sharing power.

5 Autocracy One hand in a fist with index fingering pointing out on top of the other hand representing telling everyone what to do.

6 Oligarchy Arms out and curved, like you have your arms around your buddies, representing a small group.

7 Democracy Raise one hand like you are voting.

8 Absolute Monarchy Hands on top of head making a crown representing that the monarch has the power.

9 Constitutional Monarchy Waving one hand because the monarch does not have much power.

10 Theocracy Hands together representing a government led by religious leaders.

11 Dictatorship Hands on either side of the head like horns and a scary face representing an evil dictator.
