2 veterinarian Veterinarians treat animal health problems. They work to prevent, control, and cure animal diseases. Most of the time, veterinarians work with sick, injured, and healthy animals located close to home. zoologist Zoologists study animals and how they live and grow in their habitat. Zoologists are biologists who study the behavior, diseases, and development of animals. They usually are known for the animal group that they study. – ornithologists (birds) – mammalogists (mammals) – herpetologists (reptiles) – ichthyologists (fish)

3 advantages Provide care to different types of animals. May specialize in a specific animal, such as horses. Study animals in their natural habitat. Study animal characteristics, such as life histories and diseases. Manage the care of zoo animals.

10 Which is best for me Veterinarian I choose this career because it fits my personality. I love caring for only small animals and is in an inside environment. There are also more opportunities for this career like my skills and abilities.
