1. Spelling, Reading and Easter Egg Painting.

2. Spelling, Spelling! Spell your name, spell giraffe, knife, orange, teeth, mouth etc. Year 2 is spelling crazy! They want to spell everything and write all the words on the blackboard and they are getting better and better each day.

4. Reading. Reading skills are improving as well. They love reading aloud, especially in front of the audience. Green group was definitely impressed with Year 2’s reading during our Friendly Wednesday visit and Year 2 was so proud to read the story for their younger friends. They felt so grown-up!

6. Easter Eggs painting. First they were very surprised when I arrived with twelve hard boiled eggs, but soon after everyone was designing and painting their own patterns. Painting eggs is one of Polish Easter traditions and it was nice to share it with them and definitely a fun thing to do.
