4 Term of length of HOA Board The term length in the Northwoods at Geist by-laws state that board members serve a three-year term. 12 Covenants & Enforcement The Board will randomly inspect the neighborhood and any complaints received A letter will be tendered for any violation ◦ 14 days to correct the violation ◦ If no correction, second violation letter will be sent and another 14 days allowed ◦ If violation continues, the final letter will come from the HOA attorney and the violator could owe attorney fees November 6, 2014 Northwoods at Geist, Inc.
