Merchandise is non-refundable as it is deliverable at anytime and anywhere.  In the case of cremation, it could take much longer if you work with a firm who doesn’t own their own crematory and/or is a cremation society.  If you don’t own your own crematory, you could end up being transported to another city.  If you do not provide your own consent prior to your death, your NOK must.
