God gave his people the Ten Commandments many years after Jesus was born. The Ten Commandments help us to live as God’s children. The first three commandments help us to love God and to live as children of God. Commandments four through ten help us love ourselves and others. The fourth commandment is to Honor your father and your mother. The seventh commandment is you shall not steal. The third commandment is to remember to keep holy the Lord’s Day.
