IACRA, the Integrated Airman Certification and/or Rating Application, is a web-based application that uses online validation and digital signatures to verify the output data. Upon successful completion of the IACRA process, the Civil Aviation Registry in Oklahoma City issues applicants a permanent airman certificate.
