5. John Adams was born in Braintree, Massachusetts October 30, 1735 was a day his parents would not forget. Their names were John and Susanna Adams, Who had highly influenced their growing man. He learned to read from his dad who was a farmer, Who knew that he’d continue any longer? J. Cleverly’s Latin school was first, Then Harvard in 1751, what would have been worse? A teacher in Worcester, Then soon after a lawyer, His childhood was bland, But what made it so grand… was…

A delegate to the First and Second Continental Congresses, A diplomat in France and Holland during the Revolutionary War, A minister to the Court of St. James [1785-1788], A vice pres under our George Washington. Defending the British soldiers in the Boston Massacre, Drafter of the Declaration of Independence, Establishing the Treaty of Paris, Fighting in a campaign against Thomas Jefferson He was fond of strong government, He received more votes than Jefferson, Who knew that this small event Would make him president!

More than a politician he was also a philosopher, This made him more well-known than he was before. He said that people should think carefully about what they believe, Then prepare to defend them the way that they conceive, Hey, he thought of the branches of the gov, But wait, this all was not enough. There were lots more that he thought up at this time, But I got to say something before I end this rhyme. Dying on July 4, 1826 had marked, The loss of a legacy…
