COSMIC Retreat - October 2008 Workshop Status and Developments l Goal is to identify core group of potential collaborators and prioritize science questions. l Agenda is almost complete. Still looking for people to discuss a few topics. l Approximately 50 people will attend (NOAA, NASA, universities, industry) l Key contacts made include NOAA/IOOS, FAA, Shell Oil, Forest Oil, Devon Energy l Still would like to identify research vessel collaborator (WHOI, U.W., SCRIPPS, NOAA)
