8 8 Major Achievements Highlight Administration: I had relocated a printing house with factory setting - 5 times floor-to- floor in-house relocation, 1 time external involving film developing machines, film output machines, PC’s, MAC’s, Xylvision Typesetting Systems, and other office equipment to the capacity of over 10,000 square feet. I maintained systematic office procedures and document flow control learned from my early training in ISO 9000 Quality Project. I ensured smooth office relocation without causing unnecessary business interruption. The relocation project was well-planned, taking care of the special circumstances (24-hour service) in printing. I proposed practical administration policies and procedures to provide various in-house services (e.g. Reception & telephone greeting standards, conference room layout, office housekeeping, document delivery & collection, special printing request).

9 9 Major Achievements Highlight Administration (Continued): I satisfied heavy business demand in terms of the following - –Installed and maintained the PABX Telephone and Voice Mail Systems to the capacity of using 3 separate PABX’s at the same time covering over 100 Extensions, with 10 Hunting Lines, 20 Direct-Dial-In Lines, 10 Direct Lines, 10 Conference Telephones, and 2 Hunting Independent Lines –Managed different photocopying Systems to meet printing needs, including Xerox 5690, Xerox 5692, Xerox 5845, Xerox 5390, Xerox 5090, OCE 2600, OCE 3165, and Konica systems in Multi- Machine Copying. –Managed the data migration project from an outdated Chinese typesetting system to MAC.

10 10 Other Achievements Highlight Administration (Continued): –I assisted in proofreading financial printing documents from time to time. –I drafted result-oriented sales promotion letters, complaint letters, and corrected various sales proposals.

11 11 Other Achievements Highlight Information Technology: I engaged in PC troubleshooting for customer service and sales departments, in the absence of the Production Manager. Though I had no training in PC maintenance at that time, I learned PC assembling and maintenance on my own. From this experience, I had direct experience in resolving networking problems when I was working in the law firm where I was in charge of administration and IT. I learned Novel Netware 5 within 3 days and took charge of data migration to Windows 2000 and Office 2000. Also, I proposed contingency plans for Y2K and managed IT projects with the London office in the most professional manner.

12 12 Other Achievements Highlight Documentation: Ever since I worked for Standard Chartered Bank, I was well-trained in professional documentation and technical writing skills. I can prepare technical flowcharts, process maps, workflow instructions, manuals, HR Policies & Procedures, and Staff Handbooks. I can adjust my writing styles for different levels (i.e. top management, managerial, supervisory, and operational levels) under different circumstances as appropriate. I am more than just an Administration Manager, for I can do much more than that of an ordinary Administration Manager. I research into many HR areas and feel comfortable to read legal documents and give advice on labor issues involving HKSAR labor laws, equal employment opportunities, privacy, and PRC labor and taxation laws.
