4. Booster Club Forsyth County does NOT fund Athletics. - They do pay for any state transportation. We are responsible for but not limited too… Uniforms – parkas, suits, caps, etc… Transportation - $1.75 per mile and bus driver is $15 per hour Hotels, food, and meet fees Pool usage and meet entries Player Fees $600 per swimmer If you have a sibling the second or additional fee is half

Seniors will be allowed to purchase their parkas for $50!

7. Team Policies and Procedures Meet Participation Is MANDATORY! Any missed meets should be communicated at a minimal two weeks prior to the meet should be communicated to Coach Tillery directly. Multiple missed meets can and will effect lettering for the season. Swimming is a TEAM Sport! Meet participation means you stay until th e end. Do not plan on leaving prior to a meet ending. 8. Daily attendance 6:00am – 7:15am at SWAT (Swim Atlanta) Midway Location Athletes should ready to enter the water at 6am. If you need extra time to get ready - arrive early. SWAT will open between 5:45-5:50 daily. Practice will end anywhere from 7:15am-7:25am each day. Showers available at SWAT or WFHS locker rooms. Team Policies and Procedures

11. Team Paperwork! Eligibility Must be passing five of seven classes! Move-ins fill out Form “B” Semester Check Grades checked Jan. 1 for eligibility! Physicals Forms must be on file and cleared before practice. Physical, driving waiver, and concussion form complete. Turn in forms to Mrs. Jordan counseling office Get clearance form to give to Coach Tillery.

12. Attendance Timeliness Five minutes early is on time and on time is late! This will be a focus this year! Attendance MANDATORY! Missing practice the week of a meet will result in missed events at meet. More inclined to sit swimmers from individual events rather than relays. Missing two days due to sickness deems an athlete not physically ready to perform. Want/need healthy swimmers trying to push through and swimming sick is not a good thing!

13. Attendance cont. Club attendance Attendance to club practice is mandatory will be checked. Other wise you should be at West practice. 14. Attendance cont. This is West Forsyth High School Swim Look like a team! Act like a team! Year round or club swimmers aren’t any better, than those who swim the HS season only, or vice versa! Anything to the contrary whether in actions or in words will not be tolerated. No club gear/logo’s will be allowed on team trips or meets. Wear WEST!
