10 Proposed Amendment to Membership Categories  The following categories will be non-voting members:  Emeritus;  Honorary, and  Out-of-state  > Emeritus will be an "opt in" category wherein women who have been active members of IWF for more than 10 years and who are retired from their primary profession but still active in state leadership could elect this status.  > Honorary members are women who may or may not be active in their primary careers but have achieved a high level of success in their fields and may be new members who would not qualify for Emeritus status but are beyond the point of active membership.  > Out-of-state members are members whose membership either originated in Oregon, or who reside in Oregon on a part-time basis.

11 Proposed Amendment to Bylaws  Article II, Sections 5 and 7  Section 5 Voting Rights  The persons entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, any members' meeting shall be determined from the records of the corporation on the date of mailing of the notice except for non-voting members as described in Section 7(c) below.  Section 7 Membership  7 (c) Non-Voting Members;  1.
