9. A small, highly efficient, full-time conferencing office will have the mission of planning and executing the administrative and logistical aspects of the symposia and conferences. 10. Four endowed visiting chairs with expertise in various elements of leadership and ethics. Positioned in various departments of the Academic Program, these visiting chairs will support the Institute's effort by offering new elective courses in leadership and ethics that will complement the new core course, Leadership in Organizations. In addition, each visiting chair-holder will participate in the VMI Class Lecture Series. Visiting chair-holders will also serve as a valuable resource for the various leadership and ethics conferences and symposia presented by the Center.
