Mobilisation of villagers for availing full benefits of Govt. schemes. Includes- Formation of volunteers Training volunteers Liaison with Govt. agencies Be Programme Implementing Agency (PIA) for appropriate Govt. Programmes like skill development, watershed development, MGNREGA, PURA etc Identify gaps in govt. programmes and fill up with own programmes (eg; housing, roads, water supply, sanitation, schools, recreation etc)
