Shrinkage Achieved to date: –1999-2001: roadmap on how to collaborate on shrinkage - ‘Introducing a collaborative approach to reducing stock loss in the supply chain’ released in 2001. –2001-2002: pilots to test roadmap - publication for autumn 2002. white paper on intelligent tagging. –Expected end of project : autumn 2002
