Environmentally friendly. Accessibility - can use a crane or hand-held hammer. Flexible, not rigid - won’t crack. Water is not trapped, supplementary drainage not required. Can be used where soil is too soft for conventional concrete footings. Can be built on tight sites where there is no room for footings.
