Why?  Original Design  Genesis 1:27  God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.  Redemption  Ephesians 4:24  and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.  Colossians 3:10  and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
