Allows simple to complex search filters to extract candidates (viz., and or or conditions) who conform to your requirements. To search Candidates, from Control Centre screen Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J Select Candidate Search option or press Alt+N Select New Search and enter the search parameters To view the Candidate Profile, select the required candidate and press Enter. Provides facility to create/design user-defined test papers on selective/entire topics, as per your requirements.
