8  Procurement takes time – please be aware  Internal procedures are often time consuming  Plan accordingly and not at last minute  Need to monitor time line and take quick actions 8

9  Often issues with limited private sector capacity in terms of quality and quantity of bidders  Do you have sufficient technical specialists to prepare specifications and TORs?  Some training activities involve a procurement process – plan for this also 9
