2  carbohydrates,protein,fibre, vitamins,minerals..

3 - We should eat 3-6 times a day. -The diet should always include breakfast (which many of us often forget), snack, lunch, snack and dinner.

4  -white sugar -white flour -meals from fast food -salt -coffee -sweet lemonade -harmful fats

5  It should include lots of fruit, vegetables, dairy and bakery products (especially whole grain bread).  Another important meal is lunch. Here we should avoid fried food (steaks, french fries). During lunch should also be vegetables or fruit.

6  My opinion on healthy food is plain. Each of us should have a proper diet. We should live and eat healthily.
