© British Nutrition Foundation 2006www.nutrition.org.uk/cookclub Ingredients 200g spaghetti 1 onion, diced 1 clove garlic, crushed 6 mushrooms, sliced 250g lean minced beef 15ml spoon oil 400g can tomatoes 15ml spoon tomato puree pinch of mixed herbs (optional)
