18. Pebblebrook/CCCEPA Admissions Process Please note: Due to the audition component, the admissions timeline for Pebblebrook is different from the other Cobb County magnet programs. October 11 - Fall Performing Arts Open House – Cobb Civic Center (7:30pm) November - March – Informational meetings and auditions are held on the campuses of all Cobb County middle schools. Auditions may also be scheduled at Pebblebrook High School. Two weeks prior to audition - Applications and supporting documents are due to 8 th grade counselors. March 28 - Notification of acceptance April 18 - Contracts due May 14 - Performing Arts Open House

Admissions Eighth grade students residing in the Cobb County School District are eligible to apply for freshman admission into any magnet program Applicants will be evaluated on demonstrated strengths in the following areas:  Middle school grades  Teacher recommendations  Standardized test scores (ITBS or comparable nationally-normed test)  Written communication skills  Readistep (for CCSD students) OR PSSS (for students not currently attending a CCSD school) OR audition scores (Pebblebrook)
