1 Activities at Old Moat Surestart Children’s Centre July 2013 MondayTuesdayWednesdayThursdayFriday Healthy Child Drop in (formally Baby Drop-in) A drop-in advice and support session, run by our Health Visitors 12:00pm – 1.45pm Please arrive before 1:45pm and bring your red book 9am – 11.00am A baby club for babies up to 18 months Check opening times during holiday periods Yummy Mums & Dads A free, cook and taste lunch club for parents. For parents with children 24 months and under (Please call & book a place) Crèche provided. 12.15pm – 2:45pm Term Time only Stay & Play An adult and toddler play session 18 months + 9:00 – 11:00 Midwives Clinic 8.45am to 3-45pm For Mums to be 16wks+ (appointments must be made) Stay and Play An adult and toddler play session for 18 months + 9:00-11:00am BIBS (breast is best) Breastfeeding support drop-in 1pm to 3pm GM.Police, Southway & Councillors Advice Drop in’s 1 st Fri of the month 4-5pm Check opening times during holiday periods Psychological Wellbeing Service Sessions for adults suffering from low mood/ depression/ anxiety/ sleep problems etc. Contact 0161 2263871 (other days available) ESOL (English Class) 9.30-11.30am Baby Massage (Please book a place 07718 286250 or 4462131) Bring a towel 10.00am – 11:00am Weaning session (every 1 st week of the month only) 10-11am (APPOINTMENT ONLY) CAB Sessions for Southway Tenants 9-5pm 4 x Welfare Appointments 4 x Debt Appointments Please ring Patrick or Heather on 0161 204 1767 8 month checks (9.30am-12.00pm) & 2 year Development Checks (9-12.00pm) Appointments Only Please contact us on 0161 4462131 to check if groups are running before you visit as well as finding out further information Support with C.V’s and steps towards employment.
