1 The CLS IS Unit Presents Email Account Storage Limits

2 Storage & Attachment Limitations Your email account has a storage limit of 100MB. The email server will notify you when you’ve reached the limit of 90MB. At this point you will not be able to send or receive emails until you reduce your mailbox size. Attaching files to an email also has a limitation of 20mb per message

3 Checking Your eMail Account Free Space Highlight your email account name. Press the right click on your mouse or ctrl key + mouse click to see the folder properties menu. Select “Folder properties”. http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/entourage2004/using.aspx?pid=usingentourage2004

4 Checking Your eMail Account Free Space Click the “Storage” tab to display your total usage. If the “Total size” is at or near 100,000K, start deleting (or moving) any messages in your “Deleted Items” folder. http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/entourage2004/using.aspx?pid=usingentourage2004

5 Increase Your eMail Free Space by Removing Deleted eMails Highlight the “Deleted Items” folder and right click your mouse or Ctrl key + mouse click.
