All School Lunches Come with a Choice of: Lean Protein (ex. chicken, hamburger, low fat cheese) Whole Grains (ex. breads, rice, pasta) Hot & Cold Vegetable (Mac’s Veggie Patch) Fruit 100% Juice (Students may take 1 Juice) Low Fat Milk

Federal Guidelines A Complete Meal: Includes at least 3 items One must be a: Fruit Fruit Juice or Vegetable
