2 In 1875 Ferdinand Porsche was born in Maffersdorf, Czech Republic. After attending school, he joins he’s fathers business as an apprentice plumber. Porsche landed a job with the Béla Egger Electrical company in Vienna

3 The name Ferdinand Porsche first appeared in the automotive industry in 1900, where he design one of the first electric cars for Lohner

4  In 1906 Porsche becomes Technical director for Austro-Daimler  At 31 he is responsible for the model range of Europe’s largest automotive concerns.  Such as the Mercedes-Benz SSK and VW Beetle
