4. What is Engineering Management? Master of Engineering Management is a special program that helps Engineering Managers, Technologists & Scientists improve their management effectiveness. The only EM program in Minnesota certified by the American Society of Engineering Management – one of 5 out of 200 nationally ! Graduates from this MEM program are eligible to get the title of A.E.M.
