4 North Carolina Emergency Management QUALIFICATIONS  NC Local Government Information Systems Association (NCLGISA) Reviews and Approves Team Members for IT & GIS Requirements.  Strike Team Members take IS 700 (NIMS), IS 800 (NRF), IS 100 (Intro to ICS), IS 200 (ICS for Single Resources & Incident Action Incidents) and ICS 300 (Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents)

5 North Carolina Emergency Management STRIKE TEAM  One Team Leader and Two Team Specialists.  Have own Transportation.  Each Member brings Laptop, Printer/Fax, Plotter, and Internet Connection Device/Mifi.  Costs approximately $350 per day.

6 North Carolina Emergency Management CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS  County makes Requests through NCSPARTA for Strike Team(s) to provide Incident Site General Information Technology Troubleshooting, Management of GIS Data and Displays and provide Database Management.  Strike Team reports to County for Duty.
