Challenges Gap between the law and the enforcement of the law
Inadequate information and advice about how to enter the workplace and obtain ongoing support Financial costs: including transportation, support and other costs associated with work, Fear of losing social benefits Inflexible working environment Lack of fair professional opportunities and privileges (position assignment , promotion…) limited opportunities Lack of family support Stigma and discrimination against people with disabilities

Recommendations More prevocational Training programs in schools and disability Centers Transition period Mentorship programs Suitable jobs - Create employment opportunities that are suitable to employ a person with disability Help in creating a disability friendly work environment People working with the person with disability should be trained on how to deal with disability. t
