2 Not another game project From day 1, we tried to think as a game design studio. So, we imagined ourselves of being one...incredible stuff came along after this mindset. Let’s start with how our game project became an extraordinary game project...

3 What do we need to be like a game design studio? - Communication channels - Marketing and advertising channels - Branding and humanizing the product with a character - Developers (obviously) - Development tools - Lots of brainstorming - Great documentation and blogging - Project management and resource planning - A little bit of creativity and a lot of hard work - A wide range of testers, usually friends and family - Coffee, coke, beer, anything to munch and crunch

4 Communication channel accomplished ●Built a social network to communicate with team members ●Easily got updates from each teammate and got feedback immediately ●Arranged extra meetings for major changes and updates

6 ●The website is created for blogging, marketing and advertising purposes of the game www.pillofwar.com we are going to be guerillas

8 Logo designs for branding ●App logo was needed ●Revisions have been tested ●Final revision decided

9 Development Tools ●Game: Unity 3D ●Characters: 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, ●Music - Sound Effects : Cubase, Hypersonic ●Environment: 3DS Max ●Trailer: Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas ●Wallpapers: Adobe Photoshop ●Game Menu: Adobe Photoshop

11 Project management and resource planning ●Done via instant messagging via Whatsapp and Facebook ●Big updates and tasks were handled on face-to-face meetings ●Task managements and todo list tracking was followed with Facebook Group Page

12 GDD is a Must ●Game versions, discussions are always synced with the GDD ●Helped us adjust our resources as a whole ●Guided all the members incase of uncertainties
