4 Work-Study assignments Work-Study is an attribute of the incumbent’s assignment that is displayed on the Incumbent Detail page. Work-Study documents created in HRMS route to the Work-Study office for final approval. At any given time, a Work-Study student can have only one Work-Study assignment to one position.

5 Work-Study assignments A Work-Study assignment receives partial pay from both a Work-Study account and a departmental account. This shared funding only applies to hours worked on days within the Work-Study program dates. Work-Study program dates vary by semester and Work-Study program and are found on the Hire a Longhorn website.Hire a Longhorn website
