12  Task:Obtain an accurate blood pressure measurement  Conditions:Stethoscope, sphygmomanometer/BP cuff, patient  Standards:Perform the task within 3 minutes with a minimum score of 85 points.  Document:Write obtained blood pressure in correct format.
