Work divided in 6 different topics: 1. Stressing parameters: - Environmental, Electrical, Dielectric, Mechanical, Prioritization of stressing parameters 2. Equipment capabilities - Standards, Test protocols, Specification, Influence of aging (WG A3.29) 3. Review of utilities processes to assess potential overstresses risk 4. Measures for risk mitigation: - What utilities do (or should do) to mitigate equipment´s overstress risks? 5. Proposal for improvements on the overstress management process: - gap analysis of utilities overstress management X main stressing parameters & available information on equipment capabilities -proposals for improvement & recommended processes - suggestions for standards improvements 6. Brochure annexes: - overstress checking procedures for selected equipment and stress parameters. March 2014
