Results of consultations and impact assessments: Broad consensus about the high value added of European Territorial Cooperation but needs to develop: - integration with all levels of strategic planning - standardisation of rules and procedures legal framework to better address multi-national contexts priority topics for intervention complementary and integrated approach between programmes
