The voice, plus a stage name ‘Mome PIAF’ which means ‘little bird’, make her get an early success. PIAF wrote the song, ‘La vie en rose’ before 1945. At the begining, the song was thought to be too avant-guard to be accepted. But today, ‘La vie en rose’ is almost the representative of french ‘chanson’. There is a story behind it. SACEM de francais, did not recognize the writing ability of PIAF. Therefore, this song was registered as a joint work under PIAF & Louiguy. Although she is a successfual singer. However, her destiny is miserable. Her second husband, the first she loved, was murdured at home. Third husband, Marcel Cerdan, who is a boxing king, was died in an airplane accident. 9 If you have heard Franc Sinatra’s MyWay
And now, the end is near; And so I face the final curtain. My friend, Ill say it clear, Ill state my case, of which I’m certain. I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve traveled each and every highway; And more, much more than this, I did it my way. Regrets, I’ve had a few; But then again, too few to mention. I did what I had to do And saw it through without exemption. I planned each charted course; Each careful step along the byway, But more, much more than this, I did it my way. This song is considered Franc Sinatraès hottest song. I am sure some of you must have heard this one.

10 Franc Sinatra’s MyWay Cont.
Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew, When I bit off more than I could chew, But through it all, when there was doubt, I ate it up and spit it out. I faced it all and I stood tall And did it my way. I've loved, I've laughed and cried, I've had my fill - my share of losing. But now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing. To think I did all that, And may I say, not in a shy way - Oh no. Oh no, not me. I did it my way. For what is a man? What has he got? If not himself - Then he has naught. To say the things he truly feels And not the words of one who kneels. The record shows I took the blows And did it my way. Yes, it was my way.

11 Then you got to know Claude Francois’s Comme D’Habitude

一如往常,每一天 我將裝裝樣子 一如往常地,我將微笑 一如往常地,我會維持同樣的笑聲 一如往常地,我終於生存下來 一如往常地 Comme d'habitude, toute la journee Je vais jouer a faire semblant Comme d'habitude je vais sourire Comme d'habitude je vais meme rire Comme d'habitude, enfin je vais vivre Comme d'habitude
