8 8 Tuition Forfeitures/Schedule Changes Students dropping a class or classes from the 8 th to the 30 th calendar day will be charged: $20 Add/drop fee which covers a 24 hour period The new tuition rate plus half the difference between the old and new rate. Example: Starts the quarter with 12 credits – full time tuition Drops to 8 credits thereby owing the new part time rate PLUS half the difference between the new and old rate Changes must be made by the 7th calendar day of the Quarter in order to avoid financial penalties Students dropping a class or classes after the 30 th calendar day will be charged: $20 Add/drop fee which covers a 24 hour period The full tuition rate. Example: Starts the quarter with 12 credits – full time tuition Drops to 8 credits but still owes the full time rate

9 9 LATE FEES $50 to $249.99  $50 $250 and over  $120 Students will have holds on registration and transcripts until the past due balance is paid. The tuition payment is due on the 3rd Friday of the Quarter
