6 Depolymerization Technology
Waste plastics and tires are long-chain polymers, containing more than 50,000 carbon atoms, directly linked by the cross-link or branched chains. Depolymerization decomposes the long-chain to shorter chains. Depolymerization is the process of the molecular decomposition, larger molecules are cracking to smaller molecules.

The result is the generation of Poly-fuel® - „green“ synthetic (fuel) oil Poly-carbon® - soot (carbon black) Poly-gas® - synthetic gas Environmentally friendly, dealing with the comprehensive issue of waste disposal Energetically independent, using the input material for its own operation, while at the same time it is possible to generate electric power and heat (CHP) and comprehensively - ecologically and energetically – utilize waste polymers

8 Depolymerization Unit
The thermal decomposition means chemical breakdown of polymer chains at oxygen-poor or oxygen-free environment in a properly designed reactor. In this way, the energy content of plastic waste is recovered better efficiency. Also a big advantage is that the resulting liquid, gas and solid products can utilize as primarily energy source and secondly the chemical industry can use as secondary raw materials.
