3. eLearning Object Repository Added Values A search and discovery tool of digital objects with learning values PLUS A discovery platform specifically for learning materials (vs general search tools like Google) A centralised repository of NHS eLearning assets and knowledge A channel for the eLearning community to publicise and to share their works An information product which allows the NHS community to shape and to contribute (vs being the passive recipients)

Core searching, browsing and depositing functionalities are ready Offering the following products:  IntraLibrary for depositing and managing resources  Compendle for creating and editing content packages  Question Builder for creating questions, tests and quizzes  Review Panel for reviewing digital resources Piloting areas, incl.  Content depositing process  Implementation approach  User support required
