2. Update of Legacy PO Legacy PO entry was completed before 12/31/05. IUIE Reporting (show). If purchasing did not enter a legacy PO and an invoice must now be paid purchasing is asking for a new requisition.

3. March Release e-invoicing. Encumber against next FY. PREQ account distribution can be edited by dollar amounts during FO routing. Notes email addresses will display. Add ability to import line items into a requisition or PO.

4. Patch 2/10/06 Expand all feature will be available when document is selected from workflow. All vendor names will display when searching for vendors from a requisition. DV type vendors will not have “return vendor” link. Org doc number can be updated while requisition is in Fiscal Officer routing.

5. DV’s versus PO’s Reqs/POs should be used for procurement, DV’s for ad hoc payments With implementation of EPIC, we are more closely monitoring this WHY? –“Spend” reporting –Separation of duties (reduced opportunity for fraud): Fiscal Officer Purchasing Agent Accounts Payable

6. DV’s versus PO’s All DV’s against a “PO-type” vendor will route to Purchasing Purchasing will communicate with department if Req/PO is needed instead of DV
