Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) knowledge inventory for patients. The knowledge survey was completed by all study participants within four weeks after the first visit. Carpal tunnel syndrome knowledge scores. The mean knowledge scores for the control and treatment groups are compared first, followed by comparisons between users and nonusers of the ASSH web site, and users and nonusers of the Internet. *ASSH web-site users included patients who used ASSH as well as other Internet resources (n = 18).
