2 PurposeOur journey Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Benchmark Report Our organisation is required to report annually against the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. This report summarises our gender equality performance against industry benchmarks provided by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
