Infomercial: a television program that promote products in an informative and supposedly objective way. Advertise: describe or draw attention to a product, service or event in a public medium in order to promote sales or attendances True vs. lie

Look for 2 commercials that are involved with chemistry On your index card Write your name Write the title “Advertisement true or false” Write your product name and what is for? Explain why chemistry is involve in your product Decide is it true or false Explain your answer On the other side repeat steps 3 to 5 for another commercial you find intrested

Charcoal briquettes: Fuel, like charcoal, can catch fire and burn. When a fuel burns, it combines with oxygen in the air and changes into the substance water and carbon dioxide. The ability to burn or flamamability, is a chemical property.
