Examples of Diversity Grants Texas Association of REALTORS - Used a $5,000 Diversity Grant to hold a joint summit on affordable housing with the Texas chapters of the National Assn. of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Austin Board of REALTORS - Used $5,000 Diversity Grant to hold a two-day joint conference with local chapter of NAREB on “State of Housing in Black America.”

11. Examples of Smart Growth Grants Greater Rochester (NY) AOR – Used a $15,000 NAR grant to support a community design workshop for the village of Lima, NY, partnering with the Citizen's Institute on Rural Design. Austin Board of REALTORS - Used a $15,000 grant to co-sponsor a multi-day workshop to create a master plan for the South Central Waterfront Area, a 97-acre downtown site.

12. Examples of Placemaking Micro-Grants Northern Kentucky AOR - received $1,800 to provide park benches for a walking trail. Merrymeeting (ME) BOR - $2,200 to support an outdoor reading room and garden at downtown library.
