HALO vs Decapolar Mapping
DECAPOLAR SIGNALS
The pictures show ccw flutter with HALO and with Decapolar configurations. Essentially, the decapolar has ½ the information of the HALO. Once BDB is achieved, there is a change in the surface leads (no saw tooth) and the activation changes to clockwise. You can also see on the ablation signal two split potentials arriving after the pacing signal, which show that BDB has been achieved.
