7. Fees & Rebates Fixed fee of the candidates annual base salary. Rebates are as follows :- Termination within 4 weeks - TBC Termination within 6 weeks - TBC Termination within 8 weeks - TBC Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd operates a straight forward Fees & Rebates structure for all salary ranges. We do not charge for Cars, Bonus's or Commission, however if a guarantee is used by the client to secure a candidate such as a London Allowance or Guaranteed Bonus for 6 months, then these extra incentives are chargeable. It is solely at the discretion of Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd to offer FOC replacements rather than the credit note rebate.
