2 Register! REGister! REGISTER!!!!! The registration fee for the National Convention is $75.00 per person, payable no later than March 1, 2008. After March 1, the fee increases to $100.00 per person. The early payment incentive is offered in hopes that it will encourage you to register as soon as possible to help us in planning the convention. 4 Get your convention and Chapter picture at Convention!! An official group photograph that will be taken during the National Convention will be available at a cost of $10. Dress is casual. Photographs of your chapter delegation to the National Convention can also be taken at a cost of $10 at your request. Photographs will be 8x10 (color, glossy). They should be available prior to your departure – otherwise they will be mailed by April 15. Orders can be placed in advance when you register, as well as during the National Convention.

5 Convention Activities Highlights Geocaching Adventure - navigate using handheld GPS (global positioning system) units to caches located on the FHSU campus. An evening at Precision Valley Golf Center - use golf & hunting simulators, play Wii, shoot pool or throw darts. Miniature golf available for a fee ($5.50/round). Driving Directions to Fort Hays State University (FHSU): - Coming from 183 South, turn left at 8th Street and go straight (west) to the FHSU campus (Memorial Union). - Coming from 183 North, (option 1) turn right at 27th Street, take 27th St. to Hall St., turn south (left) and go to the FHSU campus (Memorial Union). - Coming from 183 North, (option 2) Take Vine St. south to 8th St., turn right and go straight (west) to the FHSU campus (Memorial Union). - Coming from Interstate 70 East or West, turn south at US 183 Bypass (exit 157) and go straight to the FHSU campus (Memorial Union).

8 Where are you gonna sleep? The conference hotel is Motel 6. Rates are as follows: 2 people ($43.99). All rates are pre-tax (12.05%). If there are at least 15 rooms used for the conference, everyone will be charged at the 2 person rate.
