3 Expected outcomes The pupils will be familiar with fundamental concepts about sustainability and then be able to form an argument about sustainability connected with light.

11 Subject knowledge & didactic skills We had a strong debate about this; the ones who say that subject knowledge is more important say that a pupil can also learn from somebody that has no didactic skills, even if it would be harder. On the other side, they say that a teacher is not a teacher without his didactic skills Anyway, we agree on the fact that the importance of the two facts is different in primary and secondary school, because in primary school you deal with growing up people and you have to pay much attention also on the psychological aspect of the education, while in secondary school you deal with people who are almost formed, and interested in the topic you develop.
