5 Health Insurance Premiums for full-time faculty and staff will vary depending on the type of coverage selected. The CSU contribution to full-time faculty and staff retirement is based on the plan chosen: o Teachers Retirement System of GA (TRS) – 10.28% o Optional Retirement Plan – 9.24% Office of Sponsored Programs

6 Graduate Assistants (No fringe benefits are calculated) Student Assistants (No fringe benefits are calculated) Fringe benefits apply (FICA Medicare only – 1.45%) during months when students are not registered for classes. Students are then hired as Staff. Office of Sponsored Programs
